Dynamic Hatha Yoga Immersion with Stephen Thomas: Oct 15-17 2010

This immersion is an opportunity to explore and refine the full spectrum of Yoga practices. Daily practices include deep asana work, pranayama and meditation practices, with a special focus on managing stress through traditional Yoga techniques. The course is taught directly in the lineage of Stephen's guru, Sri O.P. Tiwari of Kaivalyadham, India.

"Breath, Form and Alignment" workshops with Michel Besnard

Originally from France, Michel has become one of the most sought-after teachers in Aisa since he opened YOGASANA, the very first Astanga Yoga studio and traning center in hong Kong.
In these workshops, Michel will teach you how to stop focusing on your limitations and start experiencing the wonders of each moment and to enjoy being in the present moment, remembering "Yoga is a journey not a destination."
Workshop Session 1: Sat 11th Sept 2010, 7:30am -10:00am - Michel will talking about form which refers to "Asanas" and look at how to use the breath in standing poses to create form and alignment of poses.
Workshop Session 2: Sat 11th Sept 2010, 4:00pm - 6:30pm - During this session, Michel will be focusing on inverted poses.
Workshop Session 3: Sun 12th Sept 2010, 7:30am - 10:00am - Michel will focus on opening the back and moving into back bends.
Workshop Session 4: Sun 12th Sept 2010, 4:00pm - 6:30pm - In this final session, Michel will focus on forward bends.
