CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Hot Yoga (Hot A)
Our own Absolute Hot Yoga class that expands from the original hot yoga by adding specific postures. Same heated room. Still great for beginners but also adds a little “spice”to your hot yoga practice. ALL LEVELS. 90 min classes.
Hot Yoga (Hot B)
The original Bikram hot yoga class, is a fixed series of postures done in a yoga room heated to 38°–40°C to help you detox, stretch deeper, get fit and feel great. ALL LEVELS. 60 min & 90 min classes.
Hot Flow Yoga
Take the next step in your practice with a more dynamic flow of postures. Slightly faster paced than Hot Yoga based on the same foundational poses. Room heated to 36°–38°C. Slightly less hot but you’ve move a lot more. ALL LEVELS. 60 min, 75 min & 90 min classes.
Hatha Yoga
Explore basic poses, breathwork and alignment to promote flexibility and balance. It is a slower-paced class great for beginners with enough variety and challenge for all yogis. ALL LEVELS. 90 min classes.
Hatha Flow Yoga
Building on the Hatha class, Hatha Flow links postures with a “flow”sequence to deepen awareness of movement and grow your practice. ALL LEVELS. 90 min classes.
Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa means to flow or link purposefully. This class is a dynamic class — meaning postures vary from class to class — that links movement and breath to explore a wide range of poses. ALL LEVELS and INT. 60 min, 75 min & 90 min classes.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is based on the Tao-ist principle of Yin and Yang. Yin Yoga is a calm, slow-paced class where postures are held for 2–5 minutes to stretch the deep connective tissues. Great for balancing out other sports. ALL LEVELS. 90 min classes.
Pilates (Mat)
Joseph Pilates designed a system of exercises in the early 1900’s to enhance flexibility coordination, to increase strength and endurance and to improve posture and balance. This method centers your concentration, strengthens your entire body, especially your abs and develops a natural awareness of your posture. ALL LEVELS. 60 min classes.
Yoga-Pilates
This class combines a Hatha Flow sequence, to warm up the body with a sequence of classic Pilates Exercises, starting with standing exercises to enhance balance and floor mat exercises with focus on the building core muscle strength. ALL LEVELS. 90 min classes.
Pre-Natal Yoga

Pre-Natal Yoga classes incorporate gentle stretches, meditation and relaxation methods to prepare expectant mothers physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and beyond. Helping to alleviate discomforts of pregnancy such as backache, sciatica and shoulder stress. 2nd & 3rd trimesters. 90 min classes.
Post-Natal Yoga
Specially designed recent mothers to encourage on-going care for baby while regaining abdominal strength with specific postures for post-partum practice. Meet other mothers, share experiences, connect with teachers in a supportive environment. 90 min classes. Limited to 10 pax. Come with or without your baby.
Baby Yoga
Baby & Mommy yoga is a totally different experience from Post-Natal class. This class focuses on the physical growth of babies from 2 months of age to 1 year old. It induces a happy, care-free and lively parent-infant interaction using voice, touch, movement which develops as the babies grow. 60 min class. For both Mommy & Baby (from 2 months to crawling/early walking). Limited to 10 pax.
Kids Yoga

Blends traditional yoga with multiple learning styles in an imaginative and playful manner incorporating music, games, yoga poses to develop awareness and confidence on our kids. Classes for 3–6 years and 7-10 years. Limited to 10 pax. 60 min classes.
Family Yoga
A unique class for parents & children to experience yoga together. In this guided practice, the class has enough yoga to benefit busy parents and give kids a fun learning experience. Family bonding has never been so fun. Limited to 4 “families”. “Family” means 1–2 parents and 1–3 kids. Limited to 4 families. ALL LEVELS.
