hot yoga a, b or c is based on a fixed series of yoga postures & great for beginners; we offer both 90 min and 60 min classes

HOT FLOW

hot flow is a fixed series that builds on some builds of the HOT YOGA postures to create a more dynamic and faster paced class. great way to explore and learn more!

VINYASA FLOW YOGA

vinyasa flow is a dynamic series of yoga postures & slighty faster paced; we offer both 90 min and 60 min classes

YIN YOGA

a more grounding series of postures for gentle but deep stretching
